Delivery & returns

Tracked delivery is £5.95, and free on orders over £150. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day and usually arrive within two to three working days.

We ship worldwide. Costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a pair isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Shoes must be unworn outdoors, in the condition they arrived, with any original packaging.

Return postage is covered by the customer unless the pair arrived damaged or was described inaccurately — in that case we cover it in full.

Every piece is pre-owned and each listing describes its condition honestly, including any marks or wear. Signs of previous wear that are disclosed on the product page are not grounds for a fault-based return, though the standard 14-day return still applies.
